Saving Data: An Exercise in Rapid Prototyping

Project Overview

Thomson Reuters needed a rapid set of enhancements and optimizations to enable better data analysis, discovery, handoff, and improve in-tool communication between several of its core software products, Web of Science and InCites (a subset of its Intellectual Property & Science division), which we achieved through heuristic analysis, prototyping, design, and usability testing through several expanded features and functionality.

As Lead UX, I helped define and implement the vision and experience to expand the product performance while driving engagement and sales.
